Hi,
for a small elektronic projekt I need to convert 5Vdc to 22-24Vdc at 100mA
max.
It has to be done on PCB and the area needs to be as small as possible.
Are there any special IC's available for this?

Thanks,
Marc

Yes, they are called step-up voltage converters. Maxim and National
has them.
Maybe the http://cache.national.com/ds/LM/LM3477.pdf can do.

Watch out for the FB-pin as it is very sensitive for overvoltage,
never connect FB to the output when the converter is running with the
FB disconnected.
